How to access solution beacon.What is the process.please explain anyone....(from starting onwards)...

and Obtain CSI Number

before trying to access u need to download the Jinitiator

hi all
i registered in the solution beacon .
i installed jinitiator from ORACLE JINIT DOWNLOAD PAGE .
after all when i try to run any form such as enter and maintain employee

i got a message say "publisher is not recognized"

what can i do 2 solve this problem.
