Using : Oracle 11 i E Business Suite

Whenever i come to India Local Purchasing ,and Creating Requisition it only allows to VIEW existing one , when creating new one or editing existing one it shows
You are Not setup as employee . To acces these form you need to be employee.
Please help me with appropriate steps . I have admin priviliges .

Hi Akash,
To create an requisition you should be having requestor responsibility in general.There are 5 mandatory setups required to access any purchasing document.
1.User employee association
2.Approval Group
3.Approval Assignment
4.Document types
5.Fill employee hie concurrent.
Here in your case you are having sysadmin access.i.e you setup as an user,But you are not Associating to an employee.define yourself as an employee in HRMS people enter maintain navigation or setup>personal>employee option if only purchasing module setup in your org.Then put that created employee name in Sysadmin>security>user>define column.Now you can through it.Let me know for any information.
