Project cost transfer

Dear all gurus,

i have transacted the material through Move Order with the project successfully. and i have run the request from inventory module " Cost Collection Manager" with the project cost transfer function. but when i import the same in project module with "PRC: Transaction Import" programe by giving the source inventory then it shows that no project exists. and when i go to material transaction form to view the move order transaction then in the "transfer to projects" (under the "Reason, Reference" tab) field it shows "Not Applicable" whereas the costed=yes.

plz guide me that what could be the cause of this issue and what will the way to fix this one? is there any profile option to transfer the project cost through move order or is there any other setup required for this?
