Budget Upload

Hello Guys,

When i upload budgets through ADI i see null for set_of_book_id,budget_version_id.

And sometimes everything is fine with budget_interface but i could not see values in GL_BALANCES.

But i could see values in the inquiry window.Even my FSG reports are showing zero since there are no values in GL_BALANCES
