weighbridge Integration with oracle apps

hi all,

My client want to integrate weighbridge information with application.
like
While material inward and outward they check the weight of the material in weighbridge, calculated weight of the material they consider for receipt of material or vice versa.
now the requirement is that weight automatically should consider for passing receipt.

please let me know the procedure how to integrate.
