CHARGING PROGRAM INTEGRATION WITH ORACLE INVENTORY

I am working in one hospital and we want to implement the oracle ERP, in this regard I have question, we want to use our own charging
program because these charging problem has complex business rules, but at the same time we want that we will charge any item its should update stock (ERP INVENTORY ) as well, kindly help how we can achieve this, means as per my knowledge oracle did't recommend any updating with is tables
