An error message while defining Daily Rates

Hi All, I hope every one is doing fine. I have one small error in GL, can any one help me out please. When I am trying to give Daily Rates in GL and after I define all the fields in the row it is not allowing me to save and giving me an error message i.e: Please enter the required value for the Global segment in the Daily Rates flexfield.

Can any one please help me how to troubleshoot this error.

Please check whether Daily rates Descriptive Flexfiled is enabled.
