As you may be aware, Oracle recently completed the acquisition of Portal Software.
On Friday, January 19, 2007, at 3 pm US PST, the Portal Software Support Portal (my.porta.com) will be placed into read-only mode and the migration of all open and closed Service Requests (SRs) and defect records will begin. At that time and prior to the official cut over to the Oracle support systems on January 22, 2007, you can contact Oracle PortalSoftware Support as shown below to log any new critical issues during the migration weekend.
