Order lines stuck in status "SHIPPED"

Hi

more than 30 orders are stuck with lines Status "Shipped" and no invoices are generated after confirming the shipments and running the interfaces.

After checking the workflow status, the following error is shown:

ORA 20001
OE_Fulfill_WF.Fulfillment(OEOL, 569591, 161867, RUN) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_FULFILL_WF.START_FULFILLMENT, OEOL, 569591, 161867, RUN)

I appreciate any help in that

Try this

Orders, Returns > Order Organizer
Query the Order
Navigate to the line with the error in Fulfill_line of the workflow.
Actions -> Retry Activities in Error
