Error in creat account in payables

Error in creat account in payables

Dear friends,

I have get an error in payables when I create an account in actions window.

I have created an invoice, its validated & accounted.
I have paid full amount to that invoice. & its also accounted. After that transaction is cleared in cash management.
After clear the transaction I tried to accounted this transaction in payables. But its not available in actions window.

In requests this trasactions shows error

Error is...

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20100 file o0061033.tmp creation for FND_FILE failed.

You will find more information on the cause error in the request log.

Hi Sri

This seems to be an database error.

Contact DBA person as he may help u in this regard.

Karan is very right as you need to set UTL_FILE_DIR to as you have not specified your OS and version of application and database so not able to provide you steps but you can ask you DBA to following the following metalink note,
