How to enable one of the DFF in employee entry

How to enable one of the DFF in employee entery form in HR and map that to the department

Dear Ramesh,

1) Add the structure and segments to this DFF: "Add'l Element Entry Info."
2) Compile and Freeze.
3) Open the Element Entry Form and DFF will show.

But what do you mean by mapping? You can put an Organization segment in this DFF and make a LOV that refers to the Organizations.
