Organization Hierarchy show reporting lines and other hierarchical relationships among the organizations in your enterprise.
Position Hierarchy shows information about the reporting lines among the different positions within the enterprise.

org hierarchy is eg..
Sony Group
sony music sony films
sales finance hr sales finance hr
its like a Org CHART, which shows which dept reports in to what until u get to the TOP which is usally the company GROUP name.
