How to Restore a segment which has been blocked

Hi Friends,
I'm working on Oracle11i 11.5.9 Financials(General Ledger) module.
I have setup 5 Departments:

001-CORPORATE
002-FINANCE
003-ADMINISTRATION
<b> 004-MARKETING</b>
005-PRODUCTION

I have restricted the Dept "004-MARKETING" by using the following Navigation:

<b> GL->Setup->Financials->Flexfields->Key->Security->Define.</b>

and the in the "Find Key Flexfield Segment" window ,i have given the details and the<b> "Define Security Rules"</b> window opens.

-In the <b> "Define Security Rules"</b> window,i have given the following details:

Name Description
----------------------- -----------------------------------------------
NOK_SEC_RULES ...... Dept- 004 is not valid for this responsibility


In the Security Rule Elements:(what i have done is this)
----------------------------------
Type: --- From ---- To
------ --------- ------
Include --- 000 100

Exclude --- 004 004 (Marketing Dept)



Now i need the solution is:

I need to again restore the Dept-004(Marketing ) and include in my GL-Responsibility.

Please tell me how to go about this.Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Exclude --- 004 004 (Marketing Dept)
