1099 supplier

what is 1099 supplier

Its a USA specific item.

When a supplier works as independent contractor. He is liable to pay Tax. He is supposed to make payment to authority.

1099 is a form issued by the employer/customer indicating the income made by the supplier during a period. No Tax is deducted for this supplier.
