Restricting form access at User level

Post by sajeedmujawar »

Hi Friends,

Have a question.

Suppose there are 2 users named as A and B who use the same responsibility "XXX".

Responsibility "XXX" is having access to certain menus, submenus, functions

I want to restrict access of user "B" to one of the form (submenu/function) but still user "B" would use the same responsibility "XXX". Is this possible? If yes - how ?

Regards,
SAM

Hi Ahmad

That will not help in this case as he wants to assign the same responsibility to two different user. Then the Menu exclusion will affect both the users.

The only way to do is to create one Menu with Two Responsibilities and use Menu Exclusions or two menu with two responsibilities

If you want to hide only some values of the form, then you can use Form personalization feature to hide the column userwise.
