R12:- UNABLE TO LOG ON TO APPLICATIONS AFTER CHANG

We change the APPS password using FNDCPASS and ran the autoconfig utility. No we are not able to log on to applications.
Here is the errors in the Apache error log.

WE ARE RUNNING R12 .. I SHOULD NOT HAVE USE FNDCPASS Idea

I use FNDCPASS to change apps password and it worked fine. Don't know whether it can be done in R12 but you might want to try what I did in topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1327
