Oracle R12 Installation Error

Hello there,
Please i need your help regarding Oracle EBS R12 installation,
I am a newbie in Oracle and i managed to installed Oracle EBS R12 after many failures.
I installed it on Microsoft Server 2003,when i tried to logged in,i have the error (see attached)
Please kindly help me out with the solution.

I think you made a mistake some where, try to reinstall by following this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfIs8OEWgkE
