Right account used during payment for trucking

Hello All,

Need your help, we are using standard costing then we define standard unit cost for material and material overhead(trucking,shipping) to its OU. My question is during invoice entry in AP what will be the right account used for the actual material overhead cost? How to handle these particular transaction?
