PO original Price & Quantity before PO amendmend

I want to generate a report where I will show the original price and quantity of an item in a PO. In our case when a PO item is ammended it always shows the current price and qty with a revision number like 1,2,3 etc.

How to get the the original price and quantity after PO is ammendmend.

Pls. provide me the sql for the same.
