UPGRADE FROM 11.5.3 TO 11.5.10

UPGRADE FROM 11.5.3 TO 11.5.10

Can any one tell me what steps are required to upgrade from 11.5.3 to 11.5.10, specifically how is the data moved to the higher version. Is it the same way as if you are importing from legacy or is it handled in a different way.
