Canceling a PO Release from Oracle Workflow.

Hi,
I would like to know, if a PO Release cancelation is possible from Oracle Workflow, if so what is the API and function/procedure to call from workflow to do so.

This is an urgent requirement, any related reply is greatly appreciated.
