forms personalization

As per I know we can do the following using forms personalization

We can do it from Diagnostogies>Custom code>Personalize

But the Personalize is not showing in the custom code.

can any body help me.

Form personalization was introdused with the release 11.5.10.
First check you version and then check system profile(Utilities:Diagnostic)
