No active responsibilities!

Hi All

Got a really horrible problem!

When I give a user a new responsibility, the user can navigate to it via the core java form.

However.........

This tends to take about 24 hours to appear on any web extension and so my new uers can't log into anything web based (including login page). The error they get is that they have no active responsibilities.

Has anyone else incurred this as Oracle don't have a fix at hand?
