Problems with transparent punchout in iProc

Hi All

When a user clicks add to cart (even if they select a local catalogue), iprocurement is punching out to what looks like nothing. This is absolutely killing my service's transaction times.

Does anybody 1 - know if this is actual functionality or a bug; 2 - have anyway of turning the punchout off at this stage? Oracle seem reluctant to answer this!

Oh! Nearly forgot! version 10.2 (12 looks scary!)
