Selfservice: how to know the value of a column?

Hello to all,
SelfService->Person Search-> Advanced Configuration (where you can define an URL associated to the columns of the information for an employee...)
Do you know if is it possible to pass to the URL the value of the employee number?

The idea is to call a database procedure (through the URL) with that value as a parameter....
