Problem in closing monthly period in AR

Problem in closing monthly period in AR

While closing the Period for AR for the month of August,2009 we are getting the following messages.

APP-AR-11332 You must post all transactions in this period before you close it.

We had run Unposted Item Report before closing the period and found that nothing is there unposted.

Cannot understand the reason behind it. What action should I take now !

If anyone has got any idea about the problem pls. let me know.

Hi Amitava

Try to run create account request then run transfer to GL.
