WebADI FA Upload in R12

Dear All,
We are uploading around 12000 Assets using WebADI and we are getting error as "cannot execute SQL Statement".

Please assist us what needs to be corrected to avoid the error.

This happens through many reasons , one of the common reason which i have came across is, it happens when the connectivity between the upload sheet and the database is lost.
In which case, reopen the upload sheet from the asset integrator, and copy paste the data in to the new upload sheet and try uploading ...
