Two Organizations Bear the Cost for an emp

Hi,
we have employess working for diff org at a time for example an employee XX will work for Org1 for 20 days in a month and ORg2 10days in a month now the problem comes is in costing....
employee has to work for 2 org simultamiously and costing in the above case for 20 days costing should be done for Org1 cost center and 10 days of costing should be done to Org2 cost center so please suggest me asolution with clear exp.

Dear Jamal,

Your compensation element (for example, Salary) needs to be distributed over these two assignments in a month. i.e. When you cost at the Organization Level (Cost Centres) then after running the Payroll and Costing request, you will get the correct costing information (and of course before running the payroll, you need to update the employee primary assignment as of date of organization change)...
