R12.1.3 Testing Scenarious

Dear Gurus,
Presently we are in 11.5.10.2 and we have R12 instance (12.1.3).
My Manager told us to list out the testing scenarious in respect to Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Cost Management, Purchasing)
This should include India Localization also.
Presently we are listing out the scenarious. Can anyone help me to send the list of Testing sheet for R12 (12.1.3)
