Hi

Im having an issue with the pto net entitlement.The balance is incremented at the end of every month thus leaving the employee with 0 net entitlement at the beginning of the year and they can applied for a leave as the the pto balance will be less zero.

Please can someone advice on how to solve this issue?

You can have the other method of decreasing balances in which you assign a balance to the employee at the beginning of the year and then it gets decreasing till the last of year ...
