Raising Direct Journal entry in AR in R12

Hi everybody,

In R12, it is possible to raise manul jounal entry in Account Receivables and Account Payables in Oracle R12. If , yes, how do I rasie manul journals in Account Receivables and then transfer to the General Ledger. what are the things I need to do to raise manul journal.

Yes, It is possible to post the entry in Subledgers i.e the one of the features of the Subledger accounting.

Go to any subledger , open the form as per the below navigation

Setup..>Accountingsetups-->Subledgeraccounting setups-->Inquiries-->Journl entries.

Enter the details ....ledger,legal entity ,category ....other details.

on the bottom u have feature draft,fina and final post u can choose and click on finish....
