I'm not able to open the Move orders, when trying to open the move orders created by another users ,i can't



if there is a profile option that control this case



Please advise,

Only the user who creates the move order can open it. This is oracle standard process!
But through customization you can open the field of the creator and once you change the name of the user in this field (LOV selection) you will see all the orders that it created by this user and need to approve.
