Hi,
Our company has operations in UAE and we have implemented R12.4- Financials, Now our company got some projects in Qatar, Egypt and some other countries. The managment want to treat these organization as seperate entities in Oracle. Can anyone gives me major steps required to setup new entity. There will be seperate currency as well as taxes also which is not applicable in UAE. Thanks

Hi malikocp

It's better to make each country as a separate ledger under one business group & define the legal entity & operation unit for each ledger. You can use the sale COA for all ledgers with different currencies.
