not able to Ship Confirm

im trying to ship confirm but its not going throu, plz advise

Try to inquiry for delivery no 7016544 & run the Launch pick release again.

There is an exception.. Please clear the exception and then try Ship Confirm.

Hi,
I'as just wondering, have u solved this problem yet and can anybody plz tell me the reason y this happens?
Also i don't think Launch pick release will do u any good. Trust me, i've tried. Btw how do u clear the exception?

Hi, Just go to shipping trnasactions form and go to tools menu there select 'Resolve exception form'

Pl check the item attribute shippable is checked in order management tab in item master.

In Default rule for shipping
Enable Cumbo check box
After you enable this check box system can accept to ship material
