Could not create Customer in Receivables R12.1.1

Hi to one and all,
I am working on R12.1.1. and I am not able to create Location in HRMS module and as well as Customer in Receivables module.
After entering all cusomer information and while save, system showing an error message like "Please provede the customer minimum balance amount or persentage of amount".
But I am not finding any column to enter "customer minimum balance anount" in Customer create window.
Please help me.
