Hi all

How to update a sales order once it is booked. If i am trying to change the ordered quantity on a booked sales order, system shows the following error message:

'You can't update the Ordered Quantity because: Line has been fulfilled'

Also please let me know is there any functionality in OM to generate sales order at each and every stages. That means, we need to customize the workflow or is there any standard process.

Hi,

Please check the status of the line.. Is the line shipped.. As per the error msg it implies that the line has been shipped.

If the line is not shipped and u getting the error msg when u trying to update the qty check the Constraints..
