What is the meaning of unplanned appreciation in FA?

Can you come again .. Appreciation or Depreciation ?
Unplanned Depreciation is a feature which allows you to charge an amount manually on top of system calculated depreciation ...

To my knowledge, there is nothing like unplanned appreciation and unplanned revaluation. Only unplanned depreciation is there.
