Hi My Dear,

when I'm going to launch pick release the pick slip report is empty and when making the next step (ship confirm) the status is confirmed and Firm status is Not Firm.

the status of the line in the sales order is picked and the quantity in SO dose not exit from inventory

the following error occur while shipping request

Error: Stop 10th of Ramadan:Address Line1 cannot be set to status CLOSED.

Error: Stop 10th of Ramadan:Address Line1 on trip 3141354 is not closed and is prior to the stop 24824:City2 on trip 3141354. Please close the previous stop or re-sequence the stops, if necessary.

Error: Stop 24824:City2 cannot be set to status CLOSED

Error: 0 stops were successfully closed.
0 stops were closed with warnings.
2 stops had errors and could not be closed.
0 stops had warnings and could not be closed.

Hello,

I am sorry but i am unable to understand..

But as per the Order Status you have mentioned the line is only Picked and Not Shipped So you will have to Ship the order and execute Interface trip Stop to close the lines and deplete the inventory.
