Requires re-approval status PO

Hi,

We have purchase order with 1000 quantity and we received 800 and billed also. And remain 200 quantity user has tries to cancel the purchase order after performing the tools - cancel -->PO status showing as requires Re-approval but it was not went to approvar.

So when we see buyer notifications list , it's showing as no approvar found.

Actuall buyer wants to do amend this PO,instead of amend he did cancel.

Please any one help , how this purchase will go to GM for approval or cancel status.....

Please help us, it is really urgent issue for us.

Hi

pls. tell me from the PO status, View action history, approval status with pending approver.

and then see again, From PO summary form, View approval though workflow see the current status. if you see any error.

then run Work flow background processor.

If i read correctly you only receipted the 800 from the 1000 you ordered,the buyer should close the PO line for receiving for the 800 that was receipted.
