ERROR while creatin customer

Dear

while entering customer in oracle receivable

just by clicking customer menu in navigator

it showing this error....


ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'ARP_STAX_197.ENABLE_TRIGGERS' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ARP_STAX", line 371

--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06550.


Can any body share input on this

Thnks for ur inputs

That Error is showing now while clicking the the customer standard form...

now its showing that do item organisation validation in order management

can u pls guide me the procedure

to do that

This setup should be done in OM. Currently I do not have the navigation. You may have to contact the SCM consultant to complete this setup.

can you tell us how did you solve it???
