Dear All,

Just need help.. i have created a concurrent program which i would like to add to the global hrms request group, but when i do that the problem is i add the global hrms responsibility to multiple countries and so when i run a specific report in one country, the other country focal can view the output when he would run the same report in his country. So i decided to create a new request group specific to that particular country and add the concurrent program but the requests in global hrms is too huge.. any quick way of updating this to the request group i created?

Dear Maria,

I think you can use an API to load the concurrent programs to one request group. Try searching this. If you are not lucky, then do the following;
1) Go to Request Groups Form
2) Go to File Menu --> Export
3) Open the Data Loader
4) Prepare a template to be used from the data you exported previously.
5) Load the data to the application using the Dat Loader.
