In AR, when I am trying to click on any of the options like transcations, receipts, customers etc I am getting error "NO_DATA_FOUND". When I clicked on the details of the eror the followign explanation is given. Can anyone help me out.

NO_DATA_FOUND

APP-AR-96994: Please define sales representatives.
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002.

Generally we get this error if system options are not completed. Please confirm if you have done.

1. Complete the Profile Options setup
2. Complete the System Options
