Routine Work Order is nothing but the Work Order made by you regarding a Breakdown Purpose. It's mainly Originating from the Work Request approval. Also the Asset type should be as 'Capital'.
Preventive Maintenance Work Orders are created automatically based on the Intervals or Meter Reading you set in the Schedule Definition window.
Rebuildable Work Orders is just as similar to routine work Orders. In this case we use only Rebuildable Items and also the Asset Type should be "Rebuildable".
Cleared??

Thanks
