Hi,
Please find the below step to create Mass allocation.
1. Define Mass Allocation (Journals > Define > Allocation)
2. Enter Required Information (Ex: Batch: MassAlloc, Balance Type: Actual, Description: Mass Allocation Journal)
3. Click on the 'Formulas' Button to define formula for this Mass allocation Journal
4. Enter the following details (Name: MA-Formula-1, Category: Adjustment, Description: Mass Allocation Formula of telephone expenses, Currency: EUR, Full Cost pool Allocation: checked)
5. Enter value / account for Element A
6. Enter Accounts for Element B ex

Account: XX.P.********.XX.****.**** (C.C.L.C.C.C.C), Currency Type: STAT, Amount Type: YTD, Balance Type: Actual)
7. Enter Accounts for Element C Ex: (Element C: Account: XX.P.********.XX.****.**** (C.C.L.C.C.C.C.), Amount Type: PTD, Balance Type: Actual)
8. Enter Accounts for Element T Ex: (Element T: Account: PL100. XX.P.********.XX.****.**** (C.C.L.C.C.C.C), Amount Type: PTD, Balance Type: Actual)
9. Enter Accounts for Element O Ex: (Element O: Account: PL100 XX.****.********.XX.****.**** (C.C.C.C.C.C.C.), Amount Type: PTD, Balance Type: Actual)
10. Click the Save button (Diskette) Close the Formula Window
11. Click on Generate window and run mass allocation for desire month.
12. Check in Journals window to vie the Allocation.
