dear all,

i have followed all the procedures in Apps Installation of 11.5.10.2

but during installation i got these error. btw im using RHAS rel 3 update 3.

my staging are is /stage/Apps11_5_10_2Linux

my staging are is /stage/Apps11_5_10_2Linux/startCD/Disk1/rapidwiz/bin/runWizard.sh" line 147: 4493 segmentation fault $JRE -classpath $CLASSPATH oracle.ad.rapidwiz.RIWizard $*

It is possible that you missed any prerequisite of RHAS 3 or any media issue during copy from DVD's. Please check and let us know. thanks

so far we already asked assistance from oracle phils but

the problem is not yet solved.

the problem relies on between hardware and linux os compatibility.

we even tried to fresh install RHEL as 3 and install java 1.4.2 on top of it

and tested java by issuing command java -version. error is

segmentation fault. java 1.4.1 is the certified java engine of Apps

11.5.10.2

does anybody tried installing 11.5.10.2 in HP DL580 machine using

linux?

So you need to check both hardware and RHAS 3 specific issues. Hope someone will share if he/she had any experience on this specific hardware. thanks
