hello i have a request to build a report like this

there are three tables for this report
item_cat_mst
item_sub_cat
items

the rpt structure like this:

isuued & return items

Issued items
--------------------
Item master category
>>all items sub category of the above master
>>all the items,price etc


Return items
--------------------
Item master category
>>all items sub category of the above master
>>all the items,price etc

please help me or give me any idea/tips.
becuase of week concept of frames i have a lot of trouble with the report [:)]

actually i didnt get wat u need is...

if u want to print the report manuley see the link between the 3 tablesmaster and detail and design it ..

if u dont know to build the report manuley.
try to do through the wizard in master and detail report and u will get the relation between the tables and go to the layout and see the repeating frames how they r ..

let me know if u have any doubts

hope you have clear identification of transaction type
either its issue item or return item

design a report either by using wizard and group on that identification you will have report on ur desired format.
