Hi Guru's

One particular asset usefull life is 10 years but it got uploaded with usefull life of 4 years and asset fully depriciated. We have closed the depriciation period also. now we need the change the asset life as 10 years. In this case how I can change the usefull life and depriciation value.

Hello.

Query the asset and choose the Books button. In this window you can correct the asset life and the date placed in service. Choose the Unplanned Depreciation button and enter a negative amount equal to the LTD depreciation (if it is fully reserved it should be equal to cost).
