R12 AR-Projected Gain & Losses Report

Hi,
Supporting one client for R12.
The issue is : User not able to see any data in projected gains and losses report. We tried to simulate the issue by creating cross currency invoice and applying receipt to it resulting in exchange gain and loss.
When we run the report the output says no data found. We have given appropriate GL date, invoice date and receipt date accordingly
Kindly let me know what might be the reason
