Dear All,

A specific record in User's form not update.
When I revoke the specific responsibility from user an error occurred as follow:

FRM-40657 Record changed or deleted by another user.

While the User form not accessed by another user.



Please help me in this regard.

Try use these concurrent request first

- Synchronize WF LOCAL tables
- Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation
