Error when going to "Line Items" tab page in Order

Dear All,
Following note appear when enter a new order and move from "Order Information" to "Line Items" tab page:
ORA-20001: APP-FND-01564 ORACLE error - 1422 in get_seq_info
Please help me in this regards.

Pls ensure your Document Sequence Assignment is unique & Active.

Document Sequence and Assignment is unique and correct. There are five orders exists on this Document Category.

Need to check,
- When this error started popping up?
- Any change from front end or back end?
- Do same entry on test and check result?
- With current sequences any transaction already saved?

Dear,
The error started from 26-Feb-2009.
There is no change from front-end or back-end.
On TEST environment, same transaction successfully saved.
There have 5 transactions already saved on the same sequence successfully.

You need to Apply Patch.5518247. Before applying Patch clone the server. Apply it on test instance. Retest Issue.
